Proverbs 3:4 (MSG)
Earn a reputation for living well in God's eyes and the eyes of the people.
What kind of reputation do you have? What is your "supposed character"?
When there is nothing to be gained from doing the right thing....do you do the right thing? This verse is telling me that I better be living for the approval of God and His people. To be living a full life today, I need to tap into truth, candor, and authenticity. I need to be the person behind the closed doors that I am out in the open when everyone is looking. I want to be the "real deal!"
Some serious pondering to do......praying for the Lord to help me "be real!"
